God chose us before the foundation of the world. Imagine that! Before anything was made, God had you in mind. He chose you to be holy and blameless. He predestined us for adoption. This means you are not an accident. Your life has purpose and value because God decided so from the very beginning. God’s initiative here is key. Our identity is not based on our accomplishments, our failures, or what others think of us. It’s based on God’s grace.
